# What does Velly mean?

Velly comes from two Latin words: velle, to want something badly enough to act, and velox, swift. Put together, it means will, made fast. Velly is a marketing agency for local businesses, based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and Bozeman, Montana.

### velle (VEL-eh), Latin, verb

to want; to will.

It's the reason you're returning calls from the truck after the last job.

### velox (VEL-ox), Latin, adjective

swift; quick.

It's where the word velocity comes from, and it's how fast a new lead should hear back from you.

## Why it matters

Most owners we meet have plenty of velle. The leads come in, and then they sit. A call comes in while you're on a roof and nobody picks up. A customer is ready to pay and gets told to send a Venmo. The business doesn't move as fast as the person running it. Velly adds the speed: an AI phone agent answers missed calls, the CRM follows up for you, and customers can pay by card the day they say yes.

Success isn't luck, it's a result.

Our free audit shows you where your leads slow down. We contact your business the way a new customer would, then send you a plain-English report in 3 business days.
